Zoe-perry
Perry is a Chicago native, birthed to Laurie Metcalf and Jeff Perry. Two of her earliest television appearances were Jackie Harris on ABC's sitcom Roseanne. Her mother played the role. In fear of stress, her parents did not want to see her pursue acting before turning age 18. Perry was shy during high school and didn't act. Her first acting experience was in the year 2000 at Northwestern University to gain friends as she moved from Boston University. Perry had the opportunity to secure small TV roles in Law & Order: Criminal Intent following her graduation. However, her homesickness brought her to California and she returned performing in the stage. Perry's mother and I appeared on Broadway with her as part of The Other Place, in 2013. In 2015, she appeared together with Kevin McKidd alongside her mother in Eugene O'Neill's Pulitzer-winning drama Anna Christie. It is part of the Odyssey Theatre Ensemble is located in West Los Angeles. Perry was featured nine times on The Family, an ABC drama The Family, in 2016. Her father portrayed her in the ABC Drama Scandal. She played the role of the younger Mary Cooper (Sheldon Cooper's mother) in Young Sheldon. This spin-off show from CBS's The Big Bang Theory was an additional portrayal that was younger of her mother. The character was picked by auditions, even though she had a close connection with it.
