Her most famous work is her role on the show Power Rangers Time Force as Jen Scotts, Ted Mosbys Sister Heather in How I Met Your Mother & Kendra Burke n Saving Grace. In Red Widow, the ABC series Red Widow, she played Felicity regularly. On Call of DutyBlack Ops II she is the first leading female character in the Call of Duty Franchise. Rebecca Chambers, in Resident EvilVendetta also played the leading character. Marcus Coloma dated her. She got married to Paul Freeman back in 2016. Lauren Cahill is her sister. Cahill was born in Virginia. As a young girl, Cahill started acting in local productions at the high school the mother supervised. When she was 8 years old, she started singing and dancing classes. Miss Pre-Teen Virginia was her title in 1991. She also placed first as Miss Junior America's very first runner-up. When she was a senior in Brooke Point High School she continued her acting career and served as president of a number groups, among them the Honor Thespians. Cahill scored perfect marks in all aspects of her dramatic auditions for the Governors School for the Arts in her junior year. She also took home the overall actor award at the Actors Models Talent for Christ Competition at age 16. In addition, she was awarded the corporate and individual prizes after getting selected for the Barton and Williams Dance Company. After graduating in 1998 with a high-school diploma and a scholarship to attend Marymount Manhattan College. At age 19, she quit school in order to pursue an acting career for full-time at Los Angeles.
